The room needs some color. Right now it looks like a waiting room of an attorney's office. Anyway, if the sofa is upholstered with a micro fiber fabric it won't be so hard to keep clean.

White sofa looks beautiful with dark wall shades. But its very hard to maintain. Just got a lovely white leather sofa and I'm really surprised how it brightened up my room!
